Abstract:
We too often see that a marketing term is widely used in the industry but poorly defined. Same goes for the term ‘Digital Transformation’ (DT). It is widely used and loosely interpreted and applied to all sort of scenarios, solutions and services. In this paper we have tried to outline our still evolving definition of DT and what it means in the insurance industry.
