Abstract:
Given, we are at the beginning of an era of digital transformation and new smart intelligent technologies are creating massive disruption whilst companies are having to react to different business models, speed, competitors, new thinking and agility- ‘it is very hard to see many visionaries’! It is even harder to see traditional giant technology companies transforming themselves wholly to become the ‘new thought leaders’ in this digital space. This publication looks at Insurance Directions’ view on where SAP stands in the insurance industry. The publication also covers SAP’s offerings in the insurance industry as well as the vendor’s approach to its (insurance) customers’ transformational journeys.
