Abstract:
SAP Fioneer is a newly announced joint venture between SAP FSI business and an investor Dediq. The ownership includes SAP (20 percent) and Dediq (80 percent). Dediq intends to invest over 500 million Euros. Dediq is a private equity company focused on German and central European markets. It has been a close partner in the SAP ecosystem for years. It has expertise in the financial services market and already has other investments in the financial services space. SAP brings credibility and momentum to Fioneer. And is committed to bring the right solution and right approach for the way forward. SAP Fioneer will have funding, technology & development expertise and partner ecosystem from both the companies.
