Abstract:
Tech Mahindra recently introduced K2, an artificial intelligence powered HR humanoid at its Noida Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Campus in Uttar Pradesh, India. The humanoid will take over routine HR transactions to provide assistance to the HR team in creating an enhanced employee experience. Tech Mahindra’s first HR humanoid was introduced in its Hyderabad campus, earlier last month. One of the key features of K2 is that it leverages AI technology and initiates conversation without any need for wake-up commands.
